READ WHAT MOURINHO HAS TO SAY:
Has to be one of the worlds greatest coaches at the moment.  He took PORTO last season all the way and now with CHELSEA is making a name for himself.  Can you relate to any of these statements?
Mourinho was talking at the launch of the new Chelsea badge, an emblem that impresses the Portuguese boss.

He said: "The lion on the badge looks arrogant, aggressive, powerful and proud. That's good - that's Chelsea.

"I like that aggression and it's a big help to us to get results. It makes us more aware of the ambition of this club.

"When I had my first meeting with Chelsea I told them what my ambition was, they matched it and that's why I decided to come."

AND

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has launched a scathing attack on title rivals Arsenal by claiming their defenders are a "disgrace".

Referring to Arsenal's 5-4 win over Spurs, Mourinho said: "Five-four is a hockey score, not a football score.

"In a three-against-three training match, if the score reaches 5-4 I send the players back to the dressing rooms as they are not defending properly.

"So to get a result like that in a game of 11 against 11 is disgraceful."

Mourinho saw his side beat west London neighbours Fulham 4-1 on Saturday to reclaim their Premiership lead over Arsenal.

And Mourinho believes the result adds weight to his claim that Chelsea can win the Premiership title with weeks to spare.

He added: "I don't think it is being arrogant or vain. I think it is confidence, because I have belief in the players and that they can win."

Hey, no ideas, I dont support Chelsea, but you have to admire the man and what he is doing.  I smiled last weekend (13th Nov) as he strolled onto the pitch, long coat, collar up, unshaven and chewing gum - WHAT A GUY!
CAN YOU CREATE A PICTURE IN YOUR MIND OR EVEN BETTER SEE YOURSELF IN THE CHELSEA CHANGING ROOM BEFORE A GAME.
The players are all huddled together, arms linked and round your teamates shoulders, the gaffa is telling his team what he expects, the importance of the match and what he wants to do in the first 10 mins, 'Win the Battle and ALL 50/50 balls.'  As the attention is at 100% from everyone he ends his speach with a simple question, 'who are we?'  The response is simple, clear, together and vocal, 'WE ARE CHELSEA!'

Helping you help them!
I applied this mentality to my school soccer team in a recent tournament and it worked well.  Pre-game preperation is so important, many underestimate it! DONT, try and be 1-0 up before you get onto the pitch.
